We offer a HIIT-based 30-minute, circuit & bio-feedback based interval training workout comprised of 6, 4-minute fitness stations with 1-minute rests in between allowing for an industry leading fitness experience in less time than a lunch break. We have structured a design to ensure unlimited cross-training workout compositions. They are planned by top certified trainers to provide balanced, highly effective, full body, strength & conditioning workouts that are individually adaptable to all fitness levels. The combination of exercises can be defined as part of three co-existing fitness approaches: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, & Functional Training.
